The 1st of July has come & gone, so we've now been here one year.
We daydreamed when we first arrived about the life we could make here. So I smile now at meals we sit down, where everything on the plate came from our very own garden.
It's good to take a look around one year in. What's working. What's not. How to do things different next year.
