Egads!... upside down
I'm tired of fiddling with this so I'm going with it... you get the gist.
Just got an exciting package from Ireland with a passel of (mostly) perennial cut flower seeds.  Starting to ramp up a little and flush out for some cut flowers next summer. 

I spent Saturday and Sunday making & seeding hundreds of soil blocks.
Here some red hot pokers go in.  

My little monkeys.  Who over the weekend also ate a week's worth of bananas.

The garden is going through an expansion, so all those shrubby shade-making trees to the south are getting the axe.

a bulk of the purple basil got the heave-ho

the green basil that was in the way too :: heading to the house with it for a pesto freeze
lots more in the garden tucked here & there for fresh eating

what joy to see the kids keeping the beans picked all by themselves, I just go back & get the ones way up high
